Velocity Growth ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit velocitygrowth.ae or engage with our services.
Information you provide: When you fill out a contact form, book a discovery call, or subscribe to our content, we may collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any details you share about your business.
Automatically collected information: We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and cookies to collect standard usage data including pages visited, time on site, referring source, device type, and approximate location.
We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries, provide our services, send relevant updates if you have opted in, and improve our website. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience and collect anonymised analytics data. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We use third-party tools for analytics (Google Analytics), form submissions (YouForm), and hosting (Webflow). These services may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We also access marketing platform data on behalf of clients as described in the Client Marketing Platform Data section below.
When we deliver advertising and analytics services to our clients, we access data from marketing platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, and similar platforms. We access this data only when a client has explicitly authorised us through the platform's standard partner sharing or admin access mechanisms.
What we access: The categories of data we work with include campaign performance metrics, ad creative assets, audience definitions, conversion events, pixel and tag configurations, account settings, and similar marketing operations data. We do not access end-user personal information beyond what is already aggregated or reported by the platform itself.
Why we access it: We use this data to provide reporting, analysis, optimisation recommendations, and account management services to the client who authorised access. We do not use client platform data for any other purpose. We do not sell, license, or share it with third parties outside our service delivery.
Who has access internally: Only members of the Velocity team working on the client engagement can access the data. We follow standard professional confidentiality practices and require all team members to handle client data responsibly.
How long we keep it: We retain client platform data for the duration of our engagement with the client plus a reasonable handover period of up to 90 days after the engagement ends. Cached reports, exports, and analysis files are deleted on the same timeline.
Use of AI assistants: We use AI tools, currently including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI, to assist our team with analysis, summarisation, and report drafting. Client platform data sent to these tools is processed under their respective enterprise data agreements and is not used to train their models.
Internal use only: Our access to client platform data is used solely by the Velocity team to deliver services. We do not provide external users, clients' end-customers, or any third parties with direct access to platform APIs through our systems.
How to request deletion or raise a concern: Clients or their representatives can request deletion of any data we hold by writing to dashwithus@velocitygrowth.ae. We respond within 30 days and confirm completion of the deletion or explain any legal retention obligations that prevent it.
This section explains how we conduct business outreach, including unsolicited business emails, and what your rights are if you receive one. It applies in addition to the general privacy practices above.
We send business communications to professionals who we believe may benefit from our services. To identify and contact relevant professionals, we obtain data from the following categories of sources:
We do not scrape data behind login walls, purchase data from brokers who source it illegally, or process information that has been clearly marked as restricted from commercial use.
The categories of personal data we collect for outreach purposes are limited to: name, business email address, business phone number where publicly listed, job title, employer name, employer industry, publicly stated work experience, publicly published professional content, and similar professional context information.
We rely on legitimate interest as the lawful basis for sending business-to-business outreach communications to professionals in their professional capacity. Specifically, our legitimate interest is in identifying and engaging professionals whose role or company indicates they may benefit from our services. We have considered the rights and freedoms of recipients and have concluded that, given the strictly business-to-business nature of our outreach, the limited categories of data we process, and the easy availability of our opt-out and objection mechanisms, this is a balanced and proportionate basis.
For recipients in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions where Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR or equivalent applies, you have the right to object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest at any time, including for direct marketing purposes. See "Your Rights for Outreach" below.
We engage third-party service providers to support our outreach activities. Each is contractually obligated to handle data in line with our instructions and applicable law. The categories of provider we rely on are:
A current list of named providers is available to data subjects on request by writing to dashwithus@velocitygrowth.ae.
Some of the service providers above are based in the United States or other jurisdictions outside the United Arab Emirates, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on legal transfer mechanisms appropriate to the destination, including:
You can request details of the specific transfer mechanism we rely on for your data by writing to dashwithus@velocitygrowth.ae.
We retain prospect data only as long as needed for our legitimate outreach interest:
If you receive a business communication from us, in addition to the general rights described under "Your Rights" below, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, you can:
We action unsubscribe and objection requests as quickly as practicable, and within ten (10) business days at the latest. Where we cannot fully delete data because of a legal retention obligation (for example, our suppression list), we will tell you what we have retained and why.
We send business communications to professionals in multiple countries. Where you are based determines which additional rights and protections apply.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Our processing is intended to be consistent with the Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom: Our processing is intended to be consistent with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

Australia: Our communications are intended to be consistent with the Spam Act 2003. Where we rely on an inferred or existing business relationship, the relationship is identified on request.
If you believe we have not handled your information in line with the applicable law in your jurisdiction, you can contact your local data protection authority or supervisory body. We would also welcome the opportunity to address your concern directly before escalation. Please write to dashwithus@velocitygrowth.ae.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
