Our story at Velocity Growth began not in a boardroom meeting but in the trenches of the startup world. Mukund, a digital strategist with an uncanny knack for solving online challenges, and Sakher, a data expert with an eagle eye for hidden insights, were colleagues on separate paths. But their hunger for knowledge and a shared fascination with the science of growth kept pulling them together.
Our Story
How Velocity Growth Started
Velocity Growth started in the trenches, not a boardroom. Mukund and Sakher were colleagues building growth systems at some of the fastest-moving companies in the region: Uber, noon, SWVL, Botim.
They kept running into the same problem. Companies had marketing agencies, analytics tools, and product teams, but nobody connecting the dots. Growth sat in the gaps between departments, and most organizations were too siloed to capture it.
At Botim, they tested the fix. Working together, they launched over 15 distinct services across multiple markets, each requiring its own acquisition strategy, retention system, and measurement framework. The approach worked. Compound the right disciplines under one roof, and growth accelerates.
That became the thesis for Velocity Growth: a growth marketing agency built the way an in-house growth team should actually work.
